Meet The Team: Anthony Moss, Merchant Services Support Specialist

As a Merchant Services Support Specialist at Woodforest Acceptance Solutions (WAS), Anthony Moss helps ensure merchant accounts operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently. His role focuses on supporting merchants with their day-to-day transaction processing needs while helping maintain a reliable payment experience.

Anthony’s work is rooted in service and his interest in solving practical challenges for merchants.

What Anthony finds most rewarding about working at WAS is learning what happens behind the scenes during payment transactions. The payments process is something many people rarely think about, but understanding the systems and support required to keep transactions moving has made the work especially meaningful for him.

Although Anthony is new to the payments industry, he welcomes the opportunity to learn and grow. Each new challenge gives him a chance to expand his knowledge, strengthen his technical understanding, and contribute more effectively to the merchants WAS supports.

Anthony especially enjoys working with small businesses, recognizing the important role they play in local communities and the broader economy. For him, supporting these businesses means helping the people and organizations that serve as the backbone of the country.

Outside of work, Anthony brings a strong background of discipline and service to the team. He is originally from Detroit, Michigan, and is an Air Force Veteran.
