Can you describe your role?

My day-to-day tasks revolve around supporting our sales team and demonstrating the Delta1st platform. As the go-to for demos, I visually guide potential clients, helping them understand how our platform aligns with their needs and enhances their operations.

Can you share a time you had to think on your feet to come up with a solution?

Each demo is an opportunity for creative problem solving. When faced with unique challenges or specific feature requests, I enjoy crafting innovative solutions on the spot. It keeps things exciting and showcases the flexibility of what we can achieve.

What keeps you engaged and motivated in your job on a daily basis?

The dynamic nature of my role and the ever-evolving payments industry are constant motivators. Adapting to advancements, collaborating with others, and navigating new regulations ensure each day is different, pushing us to excel and stay ahead.

Is there a specific type of business or sector that you particularly enjoy working with?

Non-profits hold a special place for me. In college, I helped raise over $100,000 for a cancer hospital as the philanthropy chairman of my fraternity, and I also supported my best friend’s wheelchair non-profit. Now, I find fulfilment in helping entities like mayoral campaigns, food banks, athletic departments at schools, and more. I love to facilitate Delta1st website integrations for them and streamline their donations processes.

What is most rewarding about working at Woodforest Acceptance Solutions?

The enduring impact of our work is truly rewarding. We’re creating a solid foundation for organizations, contributing to their longevity and sustainability. Building pathways for others to thrive ensures a lasting impact on the world and the economy, even beyond our time.

How do you like to relax and recharge after a busy day at work?

I like to call my spouse as soon as I get in the car, and then hurry home to spend quality time with her and our five-month-old son, Beau – which typically includes standing, sitting and tummy-time. Despite his limited vocabulary, our interactions, filled with adorable “coos,” are what I look forward to each day.
