As CFO, Sharon oversees our accounting and finance teams, ensuring our financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes run seamlessly and in alignment with our overall business goals. From income statements and cash flow forecasting to internal controls and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards, she leads with accuracy and integrity. Sharon’s work with auditors and risk management has helped us build a rock-solid financial foundation.
Her role extends far beyond the numbers—Sharon is deeply involved in strategic financial planning, cash flow optimization, and capital management. She collaborates closely with our CEO and executive leadership to guide funding strategies and support initiatives that fuel our growth. Whether it’s evaluating potential mergers or leading scenario planning exercises, Sharon is instrumental in steering our financial direction with confidence.
“I love strategic planning, and tracking and measuring progress toward those goals,” Sharon shares. “Providing timely, accurate data equips our leaders to make better decisions and ultimately drives stronger performance across the organization.”
