Unboxing and Charging the Device #
- Remove the T650P payment device from the box.
- Charge the device by plugging the charger into the left-hand side of the device.
- Ensure the battery level is at least 20% before proceeding with the setup.
Loading Paper into the Device #
- Open the paper door:
- Press the sides inward and lift up.
- Insert the paper roll:
- Make sure the paper feeds from underneath the roll, not over the top.
- Close the paper door:
- Let the paper extend past the door, then press it down until it clicks shut.
Powering On the Device #
- Turn on the device by holding down the power button on the left-hand side for 3 seconds.
Activating the Device and Adjusting Settings #
- Select your preferred language.
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- Enter the Device ID:
- Find the Device ID in your email from Verifone or on the packing slip included with the box.
Downloading Device Updates #
- After entering the Device ID, the device will begin downloading updates.
- The process may take up to 30 minutes.
- Ensure the device remains powered on and connected to the internet until the updates are complete.
Setting Up Delta First Software #
- Log in to Delta First:
- On your payment device, enter your subdomain.
- Enter your username and password to log in.
Finalizing the Setup #
- Once these steps are completed, the T650P device should be ready to use.
