Overview of the Notifications Module #

  • The Notifications Module allows you to send marketing materials or sales information to customers already established in Delta First.

Accessing the Notifications Module #

  • Navigate to the Notifications Module to view all previous notifications that have been sent.

Creating a New Notification #

  • Click on Create New Notification.
  • Enter the following details:
    • Notification Name
    • Source Type: Choose between SMS or Email.
    • Select whether it’s a General Notification or a Sales Notification.

Customizing the Notification #

  • Choose the desired options and type out the:
    • Subject
    • Message content for your customers.
  • If needed, drag and drop attachments or images into the provided drop box.

Selecting Recipients #

  • Choose the specific customers or sales groups that will receive the notification.

Sending the Notification #

  • Once everything is set up, click to send out the notification.
  • The selected source type (SMS or Email) will deliver the notification to the customer.
  • Customers will receive the email or SMS notification accordingly.
