Overview of the Notifications Module #
- The Notifications Module allows you to send marketing materials or sales information to customers already established in Delta First.
Accessing the Notifications Module #
- Navigate to the Notifications Module to view all previous notifications that have been sent.
Creating a New Notification #
- Click on Create New Notification.
- Enter the following details:
- Notification Name
- Source Type: Choose between SMS or Email.
- Select whether it’s a General Notification or a Sales Notification.
Customizing the Notification #
- Choose the desired options and type out the:
- Subject
- Message content for your customers.
- If needed, drag and drop attachments or images into the provided drop box.
Selecting Recipients #
- Choose the specific customers or sales groups that will receive the notification.
Sending the Notification #
- Once everything is set up, click to send out the notification.
- The selected source type (SMS or Email) will deliver the notification to the customer.
- Customers will receive the email or SMS notification accordingly.
